If you are an accountant or bookkeeper you can use Instant Accounting for the production of your customers' books, and this will remove the hassle of gathering and interpreting countless bits and pieces of paper and having to request information from your customers. It will also reduce the need to employ extra staff to manually capture receipts and data. As a result, you will be able to increase your business's capacity, take on more clients and use more of your time to provide your clients with real business and value-added advice. This could lead to greater customer satisfaction and increase your profits.

Qualifying clients

You can use the product for any customers who hold an FNB Business Banking current account. A customer will register for use of the product directly with us (FREE of charge) and will then grant you access to the system. This will allow you to do the customer's books using Instant Accounting. The customer can amend or revoke this access at any time.

Qualifying criteria

Any accountant or bookkeeper in South Africa who is registered with an acknowledged South African accounting body (IACSA - Institute of Administration and Commerce, SAICA - The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, PAAB - Public Accountants and Auditors Board, ICASA - The Southern African Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, ACCA - The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, CIMA - Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, SAIPA - South African Institute of Professional Accountants, ICB - Institute of Certified Bookkeepers), can become a provider of FNB Instant Accounting. To become a provider, you will have to complete training on how to use the product, which we will provide free of charge, and sign our terms and conditions of engagement. We will then issue you with certification stating that you have been properly trained and are authorised to offer the product to your customer base. We reserve the right to revoke such consent at any time.
